We drove up to Moraine Lake during one of the most beautiful weekends this summer. Janna is a good ole’ Canadian girl and she managed to steal the heart of Chris whom is born and bred in Australia! Of course he followed her home and it led to this beautiful wedding. Janna & Chris are beautiful people who are gracious, compassionate, down to earth and totally thoughtful. Sara & Drew are beautiful people who are gracious, compassionate and totally thoughtful. These two got married in beautiful Canmore, Alberta! The people were delightful and I loved all of the character and charm of the town. The wedding was stunning! Sara & Drew did it their way, which is the magic the best weddings are made of. This day was just so much fun, Sara & Drew are such a delight and their families made me feel like I was family! I know I blogged a ton of photographs but I simply couldn’t help my self. It’s nice when couples give me two or three hours to photograph the formals. We were able to relax and have fun! Erin & Henry were married at one of the most magical places in all the land… the Barceló Maya Beach Resort in Mexico. I have a complete and utter obsession with the place as it is breathtaking! It was a true honor to shoot Erin & Henry’s there. It is my Narnia I think each person needs a Narnia and the Barcelo just happens to be mine!

The sun wrapped us all in it’s whimsical bliss that day. It was perfect. Erin & Henry were perfect. Their love for one another is so innocent and tender. They had an incredible wedding right on the beach in front of the Palace. I always love when our couples do something a little different than the “norm” for their big day. It always adds a lot of character and life to the day. It was one of those kick-off-your-shoes-and-feel-the-sand-between-your-toes kind of day. It was relaxed, romantic and beautiful just like these two. Thank you Erin & Henry! Your friends and family made us feel very welcome and they are adorable just like the both of you!
