Nicki & Todd are seriously in love. It’s so beautiful to see them together. I’m a full on believer in soul mates because I found mine, and you know when you are witnessing two souls that were just made like puzzle pieces for one another. Nicki & Todd. Let’s put it this way, the view finder in my camera was a bit “fogged up”, I had the weepies a few times throughout their day. Just seeing these two together makes those beautiful feelings of humility and joy come so close to the surface. Seeing two people so perfectly suited for one another ending up together just makes me turn into a mushy cookie fresh out of the oven.

Nicki & Todd thank you for sharing you beautiful day with me and being such troopers in the freezing weather! You two were amazing….goosebumps and all!! Love always – Shawna

Karin & Rob are simply a classy couple. As you can tell Karin has style of her own. As you can tell by her beautiful dress and purse it is inspired by the fabulous era of the 1920’s. The fact that it was held at the Dean house was very suitable since it was built in the 1906. It’s always refreshing to see people do something a little different.

Karin was a breathtaking bride, Rob’s face when he saw her for the first time was full of emotion. All he could do was smile. They make a perfect couple. They are both adventurous, fun loving, smart, warm people with a heart for exploration…..they LOVE to travel!

I feel so fortunate that I get to share in these moments with people, to be right there as they experience and encounter love on such an incredible level. It never gets old.

I had the opportunity to work with the amazing Wilde Family – Dagmara, Matt and their beautiful daughters Mischa and Shehera (the youngest). When we first met at the school Dagmara and Matt told me that Mischa LOVES having her picture taken. Put a camera in front of her and you will  get a big smile and then some! Now Shehera on the other hand was apparently not too fond of the camera.

Sometime children can be tough customers but the session turned out great. It took Shehera little while to warm up but as you can see they looked like they were having a blast! It took some work and some time, but really in the end, once everyone forgot about the camera and they were themselves.

How could I NOT get great photographs – awesome people make for awesome pictures! Thank you Dagmara & Matt for sharing your day with me. Thank you Grandma being my temporary assistant! Lots of love – Shawna

That being say Paxton and Maddox are absolutely as  adorable as it gets! I really enjoyed spending time with these four to the point where I sometimes forgot I had a camera in my hand and I was there to work! Thats how great this family is. Thank you for sharing your day with me guys!

Nicki & Todd make me smile. Not only are they gorgeous they are real, down to earth and have 3 super cute doggies that they adore. They have a natural affection for one another that just ebbs from them. They are goofy and don’t take life too seriously. They are those people that you feel comfortable with immediately. I am so excited for their wedding this upcoming November I am bursting at the seams! So today I say, hip, hip hooray for the ultra fabulous couple Nicki & Todd. enjoy…
